SCRUM MASTER / AGILE PM
RST Software Masters , Wrocław, July 2019 - Present
Run two dev teams for one external project. One was client based and built from scratch and one "mix" of client site developers and RST developers. Together we implemented a set of process to combine two org cultures and create a full speed team who delivered on time. I also trained and worked with the Product Development Team (business side, team of PO's) to focus and streamline the requirements for the entire program success.

DXC Technology, Poland/Ireland/India, November 2018 - July 2019
Due to the success of my teams when working on OCIO program I took an opportunity as SDM. With my manager pair in India I co-owned five OCIO's applications and I managed a team located in Ireland and Poland to cover support and further development of these apps. 

SCRUM MASTER
DXC Technology, Poland/USA/Ireland/India, September 2016 - October 2018
Started with R&D project to later move to Master Data Management project and finally BigData systems for DXC's Office of CIO (OCIO). All projects took place in distributed environment and different timezones (US, Mexico, Ireland, Poland, India, China) and where in a lot of pressure as DXC Technology was founded in 2017 when the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) spun off its Enterprise Services business and merged it with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). 

AGILE CHAMPION / AGILE COACH
IBM, Poland , January 2015 - September 2016
Through IBM's journey to Agile I was chosen to become one of the IBM's Agile Cahmpion. Took a lot of workshops and courses to first implement Kanban within my own team and later on coach other teams on their way to become agile teams. Kanban implementation in my team was a big success ended with 30% performance improvement and ticket cost reduction by another 16%.

GLOBAL ISM L3 SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
IBM, Poland/USA/Costa Rica, December 2013 - September 2016
Took over the team leadership and managed the team. On the operational level worked also as ticket dispatcher (later introduced Kanban and created selforganized team), team coach and tech lead. With program senior management I worked on team strategy and budget. I was also involved with hiring process world wide. 

GLOBAL ISM L3 SUPPORT ENGINEER
IBM, Poland/USA/Costa Rica/India, September 2012 - Septemebter 2013
Worked locally in Wrocław, Poland in a distributed team. I was a L3 global support engineer helping local L3 support teams with Maximo problems (configuration, administration and development) on clients sites world wide.
